Hi David! Write a short overview of your work life. How did you end up at Swintt, and what's it like to work there?

My career in the iGaming sector began, in sports betting shops in Scotland. I then moved to Malta, where I began working in sports betting and later moved to the social casino segment. I worked for several major game suppliers before joining Swintt, helping to build the company from the ground up.

Two years on, and I'm still here—and rightly proud of what we've achieved in that comparatively short time. We've reached some great milestones, and what I'm most excited about is the quality team that I get to work with every day. We're just touching the surface of what our overall potential might be.

Swintt's products remain quite low key for many Norwegian players. Can you say a bit about the history and philosophy of the company?

Swintt is a fast-growing games provider with a straightforward mission: to deliver exceptional, engaging, and style-driven casino games that surpass expectations. Our range of products is tailored to cater to different markets, combining high-quality live casino experiences and gamification-powered slot features that appeal to a mass audience.

Our company name was well considered. Our CEO wanted a name that represents what we are. "Swint" was perfect—but the URL was unavailable. So, we added an extra "t" there, got the domain, and Swintt came to life.

Swintt has launched over 100 slots within a couple of years. How has it achieved such rapid development?

Our model of business is diversity. We aim to create a lot of very diverse slots that will appeal to a lot of people and demographics and offer a great way for casinos to draw huge amounts of players. This constant stream of releases keeps us in the limelight and enables us to get our games placed in more casinos.

We operate in line with market demand. In Germany, for example, we have emulated the classic appearance and feel of land-based slot machines online. In Sweden, we have designed games suitable for regulated markets, and in MGA-license casinos, we have in consideration the requirements of players worldwide.
